We have many specialists in PROESA who will provide all the tools to invest and carry out your projects,” explained the President of the Agency. Currently, El Salvador has attracted around $ 42.5 million in investments from Salvadorans living abroad in recent months. The sectors to invest are tourism, telecommunications, aquaculture, energy, chemicals -pharmaceutical, textiles and apparel, housing, agroindustry, aeronautics and medical devices.

Some of the advantages for Salvadorans abroad to invest in their country are the security of their investment because it is their country of origin, laws that guarantee legal stability, and could also financially ensure their retirement. International market trends towards food production guarantee a safe market for exports. “We hope that Salvadorans in Montreal and Quebec can invest in the country that saw them grow” said Gómez Góchez.
