In addition, the amount that companies will be able to access will be determined by the nature of the project they seek to execute, that is, the requests will be subjected to an analysis that will establish the need for the required funds and what actions are the most feasible to finance.
The “Cleaner Production” program aims to generate changes in the implementation of energy efficiency projects, which allows companies to carry out self- sustaining and environmentally friendly actions, through cost reduction, improving production processes, and creating more efficient products. competitive, said the official.
In this regard, the Minister of Economy, María Luisa Hayem, highlighted this effort to incorporate efficient energy performance into economic development plans through innovation and to reduce carbon production and consequently the environmental impact.
