These processes will be carried out with the prior authorization of PROESA and MINSAL.

For companies that are carrying out processes to establish their investment in the country and are not authorized in Decree N.19 Art. 4, their administrative areas may operate to continue their public and private procedures.
They will be enabled with the prior authorization of PROESA and MINSAL.
