ASESUISA donates protection equipment to El Salvador´s Goverment (GOES)

ASESUISA made a donation to the Goverment of El Salvador (GOES) consisting of: 1,000 personal protection masks. This lot is in addition to other donations made by the insurer in recent weeks.

 

“We are a company that is responding to the current situation, which has the ability to put itself in the shoes of the other, because our priority is to put people first” said Enzo Bizarro, President of ASESUISA, who recognized the great work of the medical staff in the pandemic.

 

There are 600 doctors, clinics, laboratories and hospitals in the insurer’s medical network. In recent days, ASESUISA donated 490 hospital gowns, 261 gallons of alcohol gel and 20 protective boxes for intubation to the Benjamin Bloom National Children’s Hospital, in the amount of $ 13,000.

 

Bizarro noted that AFP CRECER, another of the Grupo Sura companies, donated three mechanical fans worth $ 75,000. This contribution was managed through the Sura Foundation, based in Medellín, Colombia. ASESUISA also launched the “De Corazón para El Salvador” campaign, which aims to donate $ 0.25 to the Red Cross for each of the transactions carried out on its digital platforms.

 

Luis Rodríguez, commissioner of Strategic Affairs, stressed that only in supplies have received donations of more than $ 25 million.
